Chikako's just moved in from Windy Hill Village.

Background/History: Chikako moved to Mint Village from Windy Hill Village, which is isolated from pretty much the rest of the world. With the Windy Hills on the East, the Ruby Moon River [heh] on the West, the Caviian Plains to the North and the Black Desert to the South, Windy Hill Village doesn't get many new villagers. [War-wise, it's one of the safest places there is. But Windy Hill Village is neutral anyways, so it doesn't matter.] Chikako and her brother [Oujirou] were going to the City but decided to stay at Mint Village instead.

Appearace: Chikako has long, jet-black hair that's always tied back. Since she was exposed to the dust a lot [the desert and the plains] all of her clothes are dusty. Being outside a lot, Chikako gets sunburned frequently :D Chikako's always wearing a red bandana.
