We have update our site today

We have decided to take off the following:
Phoenix Clan of runescape(We change it to DPRS-Dark phoenix of runescape)
Phoenix clan east /west (It is too confusing)
Group of skill(decided to take it offline but will resume when we get more active members)


We will change/add the following:
We add more Smilies
We have change the skin of our clan
We have change a very old-controlled(badly controlled) forum to a very high-tech
We have take out all Super-Moderators (only admin is left behind)
We have add in 2 new groups (DPRS members/DPRSIC members) It will be different from members
-Members are those who are not in the clan
-DPRS members are in the clan
-DPRSIC members are those in inner concil
Also to make members more comitted to the clan we have decided to add in a vote-to-accepted system whereby a DPRS-members/DPRSIC-members have the chance to vote whether to let a ceratin guy into our clan
We have also make some twist to our clan and make it look neat now
We have also decided to make the requriemnt for ALL members to be level 60 and above(There will not be any reserve team now)
