Scan bar tutorial
1)start with a backround (mine is 400x130 and cloud.)

2.)make another document that’s the same height but a smaller width. (I used forty.) and unlock it.

3.)color the bar.

4.drag the bar into the backround and lower it’s opacity. (you may also want to use some blending effects. I didn’t for the sake of simplicit.)

5.)hit ctrl shift m to go to the animation screne. Then go to the animation window. (if you don’t see it, go to windows>animation.

6.)duplicate the frame and move the scanbar to the other side in the second frame.

7.)select the first frame and hit the tween button.

8.)something like this should pop up. Choose the frame rate (less is faster and smaller but choppier. More is bigger and slower but smoother.)
