What is a Human? Do we really have to answer this one? If you do not know what a human is...then, I’m sorry. Truly, you have all my pity.
Do humans know about spirits and demons? They shouldn’t. Demons and spirits are invisible to the human eye so they would not be seen to be known. Also, it takes a lot of the thrill out of the game when the humans are aware of everything.
But that is not to say that no humans know about them. Most of those that can see them, however, tend to be Sleepers starting to Awaken.
Can I kill off my human character and then bring him back, either as a human again or as a demon? Why bother killing him off? If a character dies, it will become a Spirit and will remain dead. There are [few] resurrections at Awakened.
Can I have a pet lion? No. Humans are not allowed to have exotic animals as pets. Believe it or not, California has laws against such things. O.O (somehow, I think they overlooked all those real wild animals roaming around…) [Note: Few exceptions will be available]
Another character just told me in role-play, straight out, about the demons and spirit world. Is that alright? We cannot place restraints on what the role-players at the forum say to each other in role-play. (That would kill a lot of the fun, wouldn’t it?) But we try and place a lot of emphasis on the demons to keep their mouths shut!! The plot-line of the forum is that the humans don’t know. If one character goes around spouting the truth, he’ll either be locked up as insane or he’ll start trouble that he doesn’t need. (And trouble that Admins do not want to see! Stick to the storyline, please!)
Can a human be turned into a Demon? If yes, how?It is very possible for a human being to be turned into a demon. To become one a human must discard their human soul and accept a demon one; this can be done by taking a slain demon's soul and replacing it with their human one. Though a human can also become a demon by completely several rituals that include a sacrifice of both human and demon blood.
It is also speculated that a human can also become a demon by drinking demon blood [think vampires] or being bitten by one [think werewolves]. Depends on the player.
I don’t like demons! They stink and I hate them all! And they think you taste like chicken with the right amount of spices.
