Title: Learning?
Description: EVERYONE SHOULD POST HERE! It'll BE FUN!

Reid Garwin - July 25, 2007 05:50 AM (GMT)
Reid sat in class his eyes only half way open as Mr. Garrison's lecture went in one ear in out the other he had might as well be speaking French, because Reid wouldn't have noticed every time the teacher opened his mouth all the rowdiest of the Sons Of Ipswich heard was blah, blah, blah, as usual Reid was sitting next to Tyler who was paying attention, but was still as bored as he was. Pogue and Caleb as always were sitting in the row in front of them Caleb sat in front of Tyler, and Pogue sat in front of Reid.

"This is so fucking boring!" Reid said loudly and randomly. "Control yourself Mr. Garwin or I shall send you to the principles yet again!" The teacher said sternly, but boredly obviously having had become long used to Reid's random quips in the classroom. "Whatever dude I don't even go anymore you send me out and I go to the Nicky's everyone here knows that...but you!" Reid said which got him a pretty good laugh from everyone in the classroom. "Then how about I see to it that your antics this time will get you a two week suspension from our swim team!" The teacher said giving Reid a stern look.

"Dude, harsh!" Reid said not wanting to here his coach bitch at him for getting suspended off of the team for being a dick in class. The warning was enough to make Reid back down...seemingly anyway. The blonde Son Of Ipswich laid his head down as if he was going to go to sleep. But it was simply a ploy to cover up his eyes so that no one would notice that his eyes were about to change colors. Although it wouldn't stop his fellow Sons Of Ipswich from sensing him use, it would at least make everyone else not know it was him.

Reid smiled to himself as his eyes flashed like fire as he used his telekinetic powers to make the teachers glasses fall off. When Mr. Garrison bent over to pick them up the chalk board that he was writing on simply fell apart as if every screw in the thing had been taken alose it fell into dozens of wooden pieces on the ground. That too was a result of Reid abusing his powers, the class was silent at first thinking what just happened was kind of weird, but the silence only lasted a second before everyone started laughing no longer caring how it happened, they were simply enjoying the fact that it did.

Reid smiled to himself before looking over to Caleb, Tyler, and Pogue to see what there reactions were. He already knew that Caleb wouldn't think it was funny whereas Tyler would root him on, and maybe pull a prank of his own depending on his mood. That was how they always reacted so Reid usually depended on Pogue's reaction to see an unbiased opinion on the prank it was him that he really relied on to tell whether or not the joke was funny.

Pogue Parry - July 25, 2007 08:43 AM (GMT)
Hearing Reid speak up made Pogue turn his head and look at the younger boy giving him a stern look. Pogue wasn't in them mood for one of Reid's childish actions. Once Reid put his head down Pogue turned back around and went back to writing down a couple questions. Next thing he knew he felt someone use and it didn't take long for the older Ipswich boy to know who it was. Watching the teachers glasses fall down along with the chalk board. Pogue fought the urge to telekineticly slap Reid upside the head.

He had done it before on a couple different occasions when Reid would act up. When the whole class bursted into laughter Pogue turned his head and look at Caleb. Clearly seeing the same look on the eldest Ipswich boy's face that he had. Pogue knew just by that look he was gonna be in a middle of yet another Caleb and Reid argument. Sometimes it amazed him how Caleb could take so much of Reid's childish actions without blowing a gasket.

Reid Garwin - July 25, 2007 09:20 AM (GMT)
Reid frowned at Pogue's reaction where was his sense of humor. It looked as if Pogue was going to hit Reid. He had a done it a couple of times, but every time he did it was like flipping a coin for one never really knew whether Reid would laugh it off, or get pissed. It all depended on his mood.

"Lighten up you guys take those sticks out of your asses and laugh a little Jesus I feel like I'm at a funeral." Reid whispered low enough so only Pogue, Tyler and Caleb would hear him. Due to all of their families having terrible secret they all were master whisperers so to speak.

Tyler Simms - July 25, 2007 10:24 PM (GMT)
Lips moving but... is he saying anything? It was official, Tyler was beyond bored. He really hated class. Seriously, if there was a way for him to use his powers to just learn everything he needed to know without doing any of the work, he would have been the first to use his powers for that. Not even Reid would have been able to claim that one. Instead, he was sitting there, bored out of his mind, trying to follow the teacher and what he was saying. Of course, Tyler was taking notes - he had to. Reid would be asking questions later or suggesting that he do the homework for the both of them. Well, that wasn't going to happen because Reid would be getting the notes he took and then that'd be the end of it.

Reid's voice drew him out of his day dreaming and he grinned, chuckling softly at the boy. This was why he loved hanging out with Reid so much. It was great, really. Of course, Pogue and Caleb didn't seem to like it too much. Well... Yeah, whatever. It wasn't as if the things happening couldn't have really happened. They were harmless pranks, anyway, just small things. Tyler shook his head, looking back to the spectacle before him. "Speaking of asses..." Flames flashed through his eyes and then disappeared just as quickly as it'd appeared. The result? The chair that the teacher had been going to sit down in rolled away just as he was lowering himself and he fell to the floor. Fine, it wasn't as great as Reid but at least he got something out of it and it was all he really had to work with. What was the point of having powers when you couldn't use them? Tyler shut his notebook and leaned back into his seat. Learning was over.

Pogue Parry - July 26, 2007 07:26 AM (GMT)
Seeing that Tyler had joined in on the fun Pogue couldn't help but shake his head. Today was gonna long, very, very long with Reid behind the wheel of messing around. Making sure no one was looking at him he brought a hand to cover his eyes slightly. Soon as he did his eyes flashed like fire which sent a telekinetic slap upside both Reid and Tyler's heads. It was hard enough for both boys to notice. Hearing both Reid and Tyler groan because of the swat left Pogue with a satisfied smirk on his face.

"Ow cheap-shot" Reid exclaimed only to Pogue's ears while rubbing at a soon to be bump. Pogue turned around and smiled "Yeah, well its only gonna get worse after class Reid" he said motioning his eyes to Caleb. The elder boy hadn't said anything yet which meant Reid was most defanetly screwed after the class was over. Which of course wasn't for at least another 25 minutes.

Tyler Simms - July 27, 2007 12:59 AM (GMT)
Oh, come on! No one was going to catch them and it was just a few harmless pranks on a stupid teacher in a boring class. Seriously, Pogue needed to lighten up. Of course, the slap to the back of his head wasn't fun. Now, he was kind of asking for it. They all were. He was just holding his breath until Caleb said something and they all knew he would. Was Pogue any better than they were, though? Seriously, the guy had just used his powers on them. On them! At least they hadn't used them on one of the boys. No, Reid and Tyler had taken their pranks out on the teacher and his classroom. Tyler smacked Pogue back, the same way he'd been hit but a little harder. He looked down at Pogue with a cocky little smirk and then watched as all of the pictures fell from the walls. Oh, he knew how to make himself proud and Reid was patting him on the back, congratulating him on a well done move. Then, the look on his face turned into a challenging one, waiting to see what Pogue would do now.

Caleb Danvers - July 30, 2007 03:01 AM (GMT)
Caleb gritted his teeth, a hand over his text book, as he tried to figure out a way to lecture Tyler and Reid about using in class without looking too suspicious himself. Careful, you always had to be careful... you never knew who was watching. It was an entirely simple concept, Caleb thought, a simple concept that was hell trying to drive into Tyler's head and even more difficult to drive into Reid's.

Whenever Caleb tried to call them out on it, Reid was right there in his face, telling him different. "We're just having fun." was a favourite excuse and it drove Caleb up the wall... so much so that sometimes his anger got the better of him and the argument escalated physically. Pogue usually stepped in and pulled them apart by their collars and Tyler reasoned with Reid, but sometimes Caleb didn't know how much of Reid's ignorance and ego he could take. Without the slightest inkling of doubt in his mind, Caleb knew Reid was the one he had to watch out for the most, the one he had to monitor with special interest. Even Tyler -- "baby boy" or not -- knew better than to go to the lengths Reid pushed. Sometimes the thought of losing Reid to the seduction of using after his ascension clung to the darker part of Caleb's mind... the part of his mind that no one was privy to but himself.

Glancing sideways at Pogue, whom he could feel using as well, Caleb narrowed his eyes and glanced first at Tyler and then at Reid. Tyler would probably stop, but somehow Caleb felt that sending Reid a 'don't-use-in-class-you-moron' glare would only goad him to further use against the poor Mr. Garrison. If it got any worse, Caleb shirked the idea that he would have to do something sooner than a lecture after class in an empty hall, uncomfortably.

Pogue Parry - July 30, 2007 06:02 AM (GMT)
Feeling a hand-like-swat hit against his head made him hold in a wince and bring up a hand to his head. Turning around in his seat he shot a glare at Tyler who was of course smiling about it. Pogue's look pretty much said "You are so dead" even a idiot could see it. Reid acting like a complete child was one thing but Tyler joining in on the fun and games was another thing. Turning back around he rubbed at his head a little "You get Reid, I got Tyler after class" he said while speaking to Caleb.

Pogue at the moment wanted to reach over his desk and grab Tyler in a noogie till he pleaded mercy. Or at least till he got the point of not following Reid's actions. Hearing Hayley speak up made Pogue raise a brow and look over at Caleb for a second before looking back at the younger girl. "Yeah, well try telling that to Reid Hayley. If he doesn't listen to Caleb he's not gonna listen to a girl" nodding he rested his back against the wall and looked up at the class clock wishing that the class would just end.

Tyler Simms - July 30, 2007 11:29 PM (GMT)
Hey, if Pogue wanted to play, Tyler was game, especially with Reid having his back. The blond gave the youngest boy's shoulder a congratulatory pat and squeezed it before dropping his hand down onto the desk before them. Dead, was he? Yes, if that look could have killed him, he would have been but Pogue wouldn't do much to him. He didn't get it, though. Why was being the youngest an excuse or a shock for when he did bad things? Like... They let him get away with some things because he was the baby but, like now, because he was the youngest, it was even worse that he was the one cutting up in class. It was enough to make him just want to throw the three of them against a wall with his powers. They knew he could do it, too. He only needed a little bit of a push.

Leaning forward a bit, he grinned and poked his head between Po and Caleb. "Hey, class is for playing around and sleeping. I got enough sleep last period so guess which option I'm left." He patted Pogue's head and leaned back, sighing when the teacher called out to him to read the chapter's introduction to the class.

Caleb Danvers - August 2, 2007 02:06 AM (GMT)
"Tyler..." Caleb spoke the youngest's name in a tone that was laced with warning and threat before glancing up at him his eyes serious. As far as Caleb was concerned, class was for learning and although he had been guilty of spacing out during the odd speech about Roman rule he had always been sincere about grades.

"You get Reid, I got Tyler after class." Pogue murmured from his seat beside Caleb.

Truth be told, Caleb was thinking exactly what Pogue had spoken, about Caleb having to take care of Reid after class. Sure, that was a given; Caleb and Reid already fought like cats and dogs so it was no difference to him even though he had always striven for peace between the sons.

Turning his attention back toward the blackboard and the teacher who struggled to keep bad things from happening to him, Caleb scribbled a couple things about the constitution down in his notebook. In fact, Caleb only finished writing the first sentence and a half when he heard Tyler and Reid planning again...

Rolling his eyes and biting back a deep sigh, Caleb slowly let his face fall into the palms of his hands wearily. What he was about to do, he knew, was only stooping... but it still needed to be done.

Behind his large hands, Caleb's eyes flashed with a wave that resembled fire before they darkened, his pupil taking control of his eye and turning them an inky black. He knew what he was going to do.

In a moment, he heard the unusually gratifying sound of the books on the desk behind the row Tyler and Reid slipping and falling.

Tyler Simms - August 2, 2007 06:49 AM (GMT)
"Caleb," he countered brightly. What? This was fun! He wasn't usually brave enough to start it but when you got him started, look out. Reid, mean while, was merely sitting back and enjoying the show. "Dance, my minion, dance," he whispered to Tyler when the boy had leaned back in his seat. The youngest boy merely smirked and slouched down into his seat. He wasn't in the mood for history, today. Actually, he wasn't in the mood for any class today and he had a feeling he'd be suggesting Nicky's to Reid after this class. Tyler was all about doing work and getting the grade but he was just bored. He did his homework and he was usually pretty good about paying attention in class. It was when Reid was around that he slipped up, normally.

Not that he was complaining but why was it always Pogue that dealt with him? Tyler had noticed that one a long time ago. Of course, Reid wasn't going to be the one to lecture but he rarely had to deal with the wrath of Caleb. Sometimes, he wondered if Caleb ever had it in him to yell at Tyler. Pogue didn't even really get aggressive or stern about it. It was more like they just gave him some friendly little reminder and sent him on his way. It didn't always happen like that but there were times when it did. He both hated and enjoyed it but he didn't like being treated like a little kid.

Tyler didn't know whether to glare down at Caleb and be annoyed or smirk and be amused. Neither Caleb nor Reid could really say too much to either boy for using their powers because they'd both done the same. Worse! They'd used their powers against each other while Tyler and Reid had gone after something and someone else. Tyler growled and picked up his book. He read the three paragraphs in a dull, monotonous tone and closed the book once he was done. Grabbing a sheet of paper, he doodled on it for a moment and then tossed it down to Caleb, watching it bounce off of his head and onto the floor beside the boy.

Tyler merely smirked over at Reid while Caleb picked up the ball of a note. Welcome to the dark side, Cale. We've got cookies. Not much of a note but, whatever.

Caleb Danvers - August 6, 2007 06:46 AM (GMT)
Feeling the wad of paper bounce of his head, Caleb held back the urge to do something worse than push Tyler and Reid's books over. The anger that bubbled just beneath his collected exterior practically demanded retribution, but Caleb fought it back, tooth and nail.

Using against each other was wrong, he knew it and he was on everyone's ass for doing it all the time. Quite frankly, Caleb was not in the slightest, interested in becoming a walking contradiction. He was a leader and he should lead by example.

Reaching over to grasp the paper ball, Caleb scooped it up and unfurled it; what he found caused him to roll his eyes and grumble under his breath. Maybe he had been too easy on Tyler in the past, maybe it was time to let Pogue talk to Reid and Caleb would 'talk' to Tyler. Caleb only fought with Reid every time their little chats came up and Reid seemed to get along better with Pogue anyway.

Gripping his pen in one hand, Caleb slouched in his chair and the forefingers of his free hand massage his temples in an attempt to relax. This class was winding him up way too tightly for his own good... although he hated to admit it, Caleb knew he had a temper and it had a tendency to get out of hand on occasion. Their behavior was out of hand, and they knew it... if it kept up like this all through the day, Caleb didn't know how much he could take without going off on someone.

As he though of this, Caleb let his eyes scan the classroom -- absent-minded -- and caught the eyes of a girl in the front row who had turned to look at them.

Tyler Simms - August 7, 2007 04:27 PM (GMT)
They were pushing it, especially now that others were starting to look at them. Tyler figured that now would be a good time to settle down. The paper ball thing would be fine, it was the using of powers so obviously that would be problematic. He was calling it a day, for this class. They only had about twenty minutes left, anyway, right? Well, apparently, Reid had other ideas. Before Tyler could say anything, he'd had the cup that the teacher had just set down tip and spill coffee into his lap. The man jumped up, highly embarrassed about his now soaked crotch and dismissed class early, running off to clean himself up. Tyler turned his head, shaking it at Reid but smiling, all the same.

"Dude, seriously... That's lame." It was. It was one of the oldest tricks out there. Making the guy look like he'd wet himself? Yeah, they'd done better before. Too bad Caleb wasn't amused. Did it really matter? He'd already used his powers against the boys so he was just as much in this as the rest of them. Tyler closed his books and pulled out his iPod and sticking one of the buds into his ear, blasting away Muse's version of House of the Rising Sun. He shoved his books into his pack and took a moment to stretch before making his announcement to the boys. "Well, I think that's enough school for today. Anyone else up for something else?" He was thinking Xbox but he wasn't so sure just yet.

Looking down to see Hayley, he hesitated before calling out to the girl. Yes, he was even a bit too shy to talk to her. "Hey, Hales... You seen Emily around?" If the boys wouldn't take him up on his offer, maybe Emily would. Maybe not. At least he was taking a shot at it. Tyler ignored the stern glances from Caleb, thinking that it was Reid who would have to deal with his wrath and Pogue would just give him a nice talking to.
