we take more drugs than a touring funk band, sing it

not many people are aware of sanibel island, which lies right off the
southwest coast of florida, pleasantly situated a mile off the sunshine
state's shores-- but even less people are aware of the fact that it
accomodates one of the highest ranked, yet smallest universities
around: remington university. while the island itself is known for it's
soft white sand, an expansive beach, swaying coconut palms, lush
tropical foliage, and beautiful crystal blue water, remington is known
for it's small community, high academic standards, top-notch students,
and ever-influential student body.
my band is better than your band
we've got more songs than a song convention, sing it

with a city population of barely six thousand people, it's no surprise
that the university barely rings in at eight hundred students. and in
those eight hundred students, it would be foolish to think that the
community of remington university wouldn't be closeknit. and it is.
everybody knows everybody else, and words spreads faster than
anything else. while the kids on campus are considered to be
"practically a second family to each other," it's easy to see the growing
trouble and problems among them.

what would you do if highschool drama followed you all the way to
college? in a place where money really does matter, pasts are forever
intertwined, and futures are even more tumultuous, living in paradise
might not be as easy as you think. but summer is over, and with 2007
comes a new year. there are new students, new relationships, and a
whole flood of new drama. but to survive, it's to hell with good intentions.
