Always looking to stir up trouble, he even gets into multiple fights with Caleb over how he uses his powers. He enjoys using his powers more - a little too much more - than anybody else in the group. He also enjoys using them when no one is watching. Although he is reckless, he is very loyal to his friends. He likes to boss people around, although nobody takes his threats seriously expect Tyler.

History;; No one knows how where their Covenant got their powers its recording only goes back to 1692. In 1692, in the Ipswich Colony of Massachusetts, five families with untold power formed a covenant of silence. The families were Danvers, Parry, Garwin, Simms, and Putnam. The Putnam family lusting for more power was banished, their bloodline disappearing - without a trace. However, before being banished the Putnam family put a curse on the remaining families making it so that using their powers over a period of time would kill them. Each generation the families produce one the eldest male and that is the one who gets the power.
Reid was born on July 13th his father had died a mere three months shy of his birth. His mother stayed with him for only a few months before turning him over to nannies. She was depressed about his father's death and so dove head first into her work leaving frequently for buisness trips. However, his nannies could not keep up with him he constantly threw tantrums mostly because of anger that his mom wasn't there when he was six he had caused 4 nannies to quit the job. His mother desperate to have someone to watch her son turned to the Simms.
Mrs. Simms had little tolerance for Reid's behavior and put him in his place quickly. He quickly learned that he could NOT play games with Tyler's mom. Due to him always having to stay with the Simms Tyler and Reid became close friends Tyler serving as Reid's psuedo side kick. Reid telling him how things worked in the outside world and Tyler helping him get past with his mother. Tyler, Reid, Caleb and Pouge were raised together like brothers they got into plenty of trouble mostly to Caleb's disgust. Reid kept his bad boy persona all because of his mother's abandonment. At the age of 13 like every other Son of Ipswich Reid got his powers.
Now he had something else to help him vent his anger he constantly abused his powers sometimes so much that him and Caleb would get into fights in order to get him to stop when he got into high school he stopped using them as much, but still used for the occasional practical joke here and there. Now Reid is a senior and he intends to get out of high school with a BANG! But little does he know what him and his Covenant siblings are in for.
