when did your heart go missing? when did your heart go missing?
the heartland apartment complex, set on the outskirts of los angeles, california, is one of
the youngest residential buildings around (aside from dorm buildings, of course). living
within it's walls are some of the youngest, brightest, and most attractive people
living in southern california-- and they aren't even part of the hollywood crowd.
some of them are trying to break into hollywood, sure, but the place they call home in
the meantime is heartland. but in a small community with all young residents
and intertwined pasts and futures, it's bound to get interesting. it's sort of like the
newest version of melrose place, except this family-like community that
happens to reside in an apartment complex is much more deep-seeded than that
of the 90's soap opera. no, this drama is real life, and the residents of heartland have
to live with it every day they wake up and every night they go to bed.

i'm retracing every step in my head, what did i miss back then?
i was so, so misled
how will life at heartland treat you? where everyone knows everyone else's business,
