The rhythm of the music flowed through her, coursing through every vain and artery. Raising her hands above her head Hayley swayed her hips to the beat of the music. It didn't even occur to her that another person was dancing behind her, his broad, muscular body brushing against her slender one. It was as though their two bodies fit together perfectly, like a jigsaw puzzle a child would play with. Hayley had no idea who this guy was, but he seemed around her age - for the current dance was taking place between 6-8, the key time for high schoolers and college students to attend, or anyone else between the ages of sixteen and thirty.
What's your name? The words slid into her left ear like a snake slithering through its haven-like hole. "Hayley." She responded, lowering her left arm until her hand brushed against his jawline below his ear. Their bodies continued to move together, her back against his front, their bodies grinding against one another. Ever since she was little, Hayley had been the more outgoing of the two sisters. Whatever Hayley did, Hannah didn't. Right now Hayley guessed that her sister was at home studying for a college exam or something. Hayley always wondered why her sister was so boring, where she, the younger of the two, broke rules just to have fun.
"What's yours?" Hayley asked, her voice quiet, but audible to the guy behind her. From the tone of his voice and the feeling of his body, Hayley had to guess that he wasn't much older than she was - twenty years old at the most. The voice returned to her ear, sending shivers down her neck as he spoke, Seth. The name was so mysterious - so strong. Smiling, Hayley turned around and laced her hands behind his continuing to move her hips to the beat of the music. His hands moved down to her hips where his thumbs hooked themselves in the belt loops of her short, jean miniskirt. She had picked out her outfit perfectly for the night - casual, but sexy. For a shirt she was attired in a pink tanktop with lace around it's edges and her shoes were leather flip-flops. Her hair was pulled back in two French braids, one on each side of the back of her head. Once the braid reached the end of her hairline it was tied off and let hung loose - like two red pony tails.

Chase wandered through the sea of bodies dancing together, drink in hand as he made his way towards the bonfire. The draft beer that he most definitely wasn't supposed to be drinking waved inside the plastic cup with his movements. Unfortunately he hasn't seen any of the sons arrive yet and there really wasn't anyone he recognized, nor anyone he could use. Still, he decided it would be best to mingle with the population of the greater Spenser Academy. Although parties could be frivolous, as was the alcohol he planned on consuming but you only lived once, right? Chase was always one to live to the fullest as well.
Panting, sweaty bodies ended up pressing their way against him and drunken girls who would more than likely be taken advantage of tonight bumped into him. For the most part he made it a mission to ignore them. That was until he saw one face in particular amongst them that made him freeze in his tracks. None other than young Hayley Williams dancing with what was considered to be Spenser scum. Of course Chase could think of no better thing to do than interrupt.
He marched straight over and tapped Hayley on her shoulder before attempting to pull her back from the other man. "Hey sweetheart, heres your drink. Looks like you found yourself some fun while I was gun, huh?"
Hayley Williams - April 28, 2007 03:39 PM (GMT)
The smell of beer and sweat mingled with the upbeat music being played somewhere distant. The smell of smoke and ash from the bonfire made her head spin. She was thirsty - very thirsty. Just as she was about to leave her dance partner, a familiar being tapped her on the shoulder and pulled her towards him. A smile rose onto her face as she saw who it was - Chase Collins. She had to admit, he was looking mighty fine this night. As he began speaking the other man left the area, leaving the two teenagers standing beside one another in the throng of drunk teenagers. If she had any worries at the moment, Hayley would have been scared of being taken advantage of here. It would be too easy for one of these perverts to spike her drink and take her back to his house and do god knows what to her. Still, Hayley was careful - most of the time.
The young girl gratefully took the drink from Chase. Sure he was mysterious and a bit, well, different - but she trusted him enough to drink something he handed her. "Thanks," She almost shouted to be heard over the music. She took a sip, letting the cool alchohol slide down her throat. She wasn't known to be one to drink, but when she did she was one to party. "What brings you here?" She asked Chase, letting her hips continnue to sway to the beat of the music. The girl loved to dance, what could she say?

Chase grinned at his feat once the guy walked away but quickly turned the enormous smile into a small, sly one when Hayley looked back at him. Although the easy give in didn't make for a fun situation of drama that could have arose, Chase took solace in the fact he had that kind of way with people. Even if the guy didn't leave right away Chase would have found a way to make the nuisance go. He just watched as Hayley continued to dance on her own knowing he himself would never give in and dance with her.
But then he felt a sudden loss at the fact he now had given up his beer. Oh well, he was sure he'd get over it. His prospect now was far more intriguing anyway than a plastic cup of golden poison. He shrugged at her question. "Me? Oh just checking out the crowd, you know. I'm allowed to be here, aren't I? What brings you here?"

Hayley smiled at Chase, loving his tough and mysterious attitude toward the whole situation. "Yes, I do believe you can come here." She said, stopping her hips as the beat of the music changed a bit more upbeat. When the music started up again she swayed her hips some more, wanting Chase to dance with her, but vaguely knowing he wouldn't. "Well, I'm here to party, of course!" She exclaimed, moving closer to the teenager, moving around him seductively, her hips grinding against his.
"What? I won't be getting a dance from you?" She asked, her voice slow and full of desire.
