1981, two boys named Jamison Loporto & Evan Dolan were born to two mothers who happened to be best friends. These two mothers also happened to live 3 doors down from each other and these two boys happened to become the very best of friends as well.
1991, Jamison Loporto & Evan Dolan, best of friends show a passionate interest in music.
1994, Loporto & Dolan start a band with two other boys from school. This band failed one year later, split up... but did nothing to hinder the spirits of two determined thirteen year old boys wanting to make it big.
1997, Loporto & Dolan... now sixteen start a new band called Exit 13 which holds significance to an inside joke where both boys and two other friends from high-school went to a concert missing their exit... turning around and missing it yet AGAIN, then turning around and missing it a third time. Finally on their fourth try, they made it. Needless to say, their exit number was 13.
1998, four seventeen year old boys [Loporto & Dolan included] win their first Battle of the Bands in their ever growing successful band, Exit 13.
1999, come Graduation the four boys of Exit 13 had won 7 Battle of the Bands and performed in local clubs all over San Fransisco. This glory crashed and burned when band member Kenneth Price died in a car accident two weeks after graduation. The four boys had big plans to take their music to new heights, but their dreams seemed to be put on hold as the three lasting boys went onto college to pursue other things. Loporto & Dolan still had music in their future plans in some form or another, both boys getting degrees in Business with minors in Music.
2003, FREAKshow Records is born.
FREAKshow Records is one of the leading music industries in the United States. Created by two young guys -- Jamison 'Jami' Loporto & Evan 'Ev' Dolan, these boys have been best friends since birth. Growing up in the Heart of San Francisco, just south of Market St. both boys have been passionately attached to music since very young ages, they themselves starting their own bands during their pre-teen and teenage years. Finally deciding after the death of one of the best friends and band mates Kenneth Price that they wanted to be the guys who made dreams come true. The staff at FREAKshow Records is constantly growing, with scouts, producers, and leading photographers signing contracts to this company for their services. FREAKshow Records has one of the best advertising and promotional records in the WORLD and their rep just continues to improve as more and more talent wins Loporto and Dolans' hearts. FREAKshow Records IS making artists dreams come true each and every day and Loporto and Dolan are very unique in the fact that they care about each and every one of their clients, they want to be involved in everything that goes on at their company and make sure that their artists become well-known for their amazing talents. Of course they don't sign EVERYONE that walks through their doors, but they dislike turning people down and strive to take on as many aspiring artists as they can... well, the ones they see with real talent.
